Assisted Living

At Ohio Living Mount Pleasant, our assisted living is as individual as you are. We offer programs, events and activities that are designed to provide stimulation consistent with each resident's individual abilities and interests. Through four levels of care, our caregivers focus on keeping residents as independent as possible, meeting each their unique and changing needs.

Rehabilitation & Skilled Care

Our innovative and progressive rehabilitation team is staffed with a registered nurse who oversees care 24 hours a day, and includes other nursing staff, therapists, a case manager, and a social worker, to create a personalized plan for your recovery. Our rehabilitation center offers physical, occupational and speech therapy services delivered by certified professionals. Every member of our rehab team who provides direct care is specially trained in rehab services.

When long-term care is needed, we provide compassionate nursing services with the highest quality of care. We serve the families of our residents as well, giving them the peace of mind that comes from knowing that their loved one is well cared for.

Ohio Living Mount Pleasant

You’re one of a kind — your home should be, too. Each of Ohio Living Mount Pleasant’s 137 single story ranch homes is unique in age, size, layout and updates. We have a wide range of homes from 700 sq. ft. single-bedroom duplexes all the way to three-bedroom, two-car garaged 2,300 sq. ft. homes and everything in between. No two homes are exactly alike.


Spend the morning on a self-guided tour visiting our beautiful 110-acre campus and get the opportunity to see some of our independent living options. Our team members will be there to answer any questions you may have at each home you are viewing.


Light brunch appetizers will be provided at the end of the tour, and the chance to win a prize!
